§ 5.09. Signs

Latest version.

Only the following signs are permitted, subject to the following limitations:

A. Name plates not exceeding one (1) square foot in area, containing the name of the occupant of the premises.

B. One (1) unlighted sign not to exceed six (6) square feet in area pertaining only to the sale, lease or hire of only the particular building, property or premises upon which displayed and for not more than three (3) months.
